I want to make this clear from the get-go, I am not going to be a stereotypical “Counselor”. I believe strongly in having a ‘why’ for everything I undertake in life as it is a strong foundation to build upon and can guide you when you lose your way.
These Instant Packages are for those who need help navigating their initial grief but are not ready to do the deeper 121 work or talk within a group session at this stage. The Instant packages are all designed for you to do the work privately with my guidance in digital workbooks with audio additions that can help you through this difficult time.
